Our History
It began 30 years ago when Paul Magleby, president of Magleby Inc. founded our company in 1974. Since then we’ve been dedicated to service and professional education. At Magleby, members of our team continue to develop specific and unique processes for delivering quality. Many of us have worked here at Magleby Companies for most of our professional careers. What we offer is a rare combination of customer satisfaction, dedication, and a peerless reputation in the industry.
Paul Magleby finished his formal education with a Bachelor’s degree in the Construction Management program at Brigham Young University in April 1974. That same month, Paul also obtained his general contractor license for the State of Utah. He has been a member of the Utah Valley Home Builders Association since 1978 and has served on the local Board of Directors as well as spending the last ten years on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders. Continuing education through attendance at HBA conference and seminars is standard practice for Paul and his team here at Magleby Companies.
